Trail junkies is a new website set up by a couple of the regular Mountain High riders with the aim of bringing riders together and providing routes around the Chilterns.
Definitely worth checking out :) |
Southern XC dates confirmed

 We've just had word from Steve Jones that the Southern XC calendar has been confirmed and the entry forms are now being distributed. A copy is available to download below as PDF.
This years championship promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a new compact format that will make the most of the day. The Ratz are proud to be hosting two of the rounds, on 10th July and 25th September.

A good day up at the track

Well I don't know about you lot, but I'm knackered! One decent days work on the course has left me stiff and exhausted. That's what I get for sitting behind a desk all day I suppose.
I was surprised at how much progress we made with the track yesterday, I can't wait to get back on my bike and ride it. That new downhill section with the wicked berm is particularly sweet, thanks to the lads who dug that one out.
There's another track maintenance session next Sunday - get down to the track for 9.30 to 10.00 and help out if you can, the more people we get the lighter the work. It really is an inspiring sight when you see the new track getting cut out of the wilderness! |
