| | The new Bridge & Intervals in Hammonds
I have decided to centralise the first Rampage on 4th May on the new bridge. Its just so cool to have this new feature on the course so we should make good use of it. I have a figure of 8 course which I have been using for interval training. The circuit takes me just under 8 minutes so with the tunnel added on for the race we should be looking at 10 minutes a lap.
With the light evenings coming up next week we should be able to resume training at Hammond's in the evenings. If anyone wants to do my interval circuit it would be good training and if you plan on doing the Rampage you will have every line sussed by then. There are 3 climbs on the loop seperated by 1 long downhill, 1 short downhill and a short flat section. I can get up there one Thursday evening to show people round but will also try to describe the route for those that are familiar with the wood. | |
