Phone Numbers will only be able to be viewed by club members and admins, not guests or registered guests. Passwords are encryped and are not viewable by anyone.
No information provided will be passed to 3rd parties, but any volunteered information will be viewable by users of the message board (level dependent).
Membership has a number of levels: Unregistered guests can only view messages, Registered guests can also post replies (but no topics or html in replies),
Registed club members can post new topics and are allowed html in posts, Admins have the usual admin abilities.
